THE ROLE:

• Manage a small, well-maintained portfolio
• Liaise with landlords to deliver exceptional service and build strong relationships
• Support with routine inspections, entry and exit reports
• No leasing responsibilities!
• Receive full administrative support from a dedicated Virtual Assistant
• Clear pathway for career progression and long-term growth

ABOUT YOU:

• Hold a current QLD Certificate of Registration
• Have a reliable car and a valid driver’s licence
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in property management
• Ambition to step into a leadership or management role
• Strong knowledge of all property management functions
• Proficient in real estate software and systems
