We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to take on a very clean, well managed portfolio, based in the inner South East. You will have proven years of experience in property management and will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of 160 properties.

About The Role;

SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER

  • Managing a portfolio of 160 properties
  • Well maintained portfolio
  • No Saturdays
  • Full leasing support
  • Full Admin support

Salary up to $90k+Super (depending on experience)

About You:

  • 3+ years managing a residential portfolio
  • Hold a current and valid Agent Rep Certificate
  • Experience using a Property Management program being; Rp Office, REST, Console, Agent Plus, Property Me, Property Tree or Reapit
  • Corporate attire & presented
  • Car & Drivers Licence
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player
