As the Bistro Manager, your energy and attention to detail will stand out. You will know how to work the room, look after your customers and create a flawless service and atmosphere. You will be passionate about hospitality, possess strong leadership skills, and have a keen understanding of a gaming venue. This role is hands-on and your goal will be to provide smooth day-to-day operations, excellent customer service and amazing teamwork.

Experience & Requirements:

• Ability to work Wed - Sun. Sun night, Mon and Tues off
• Have proven experience in hospitality and customer service
• Have solid food and beverage knowledge
• Have experience in a supervisor or management role
• Have Australian work rights
• Valid RSA
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
