Bistro Manager

A great opportunity exists for an experienced hospitality professional to join the team at the Old England Hotel in Heidelberg.

This is a senior position where you will be responsible for the overall running of the Bistro, Dining Room, Functions and Bars as well as the training and development of front of house staff. The successful candidate must have strong food and beverage knowledge, sound communication skills and be passionate about their chosen career.

Skills and experience:

Ability to train and develop the team to achieve the highest level of customer service

Management experience or supervisory experience within the hospitality industry

Hands on leadership style

Excellent presentation and attention to detail
