The Role

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for a payroll or accounts administrator to join a collaborative payroll team for a 6 month fixed term contract.

• Maintain employee and payroll records;
• Basic understanding of payroll award interpretation;
• Manage queries by providing high quality and timely customer service;
• Work closely with the payroll officers to process payroll data in an accurate and timely manner; and
• Preparing payroll reports using excel.

About You

• 1 + years proven experience in a similar position encompassing Payroll or Accounts;
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; and
• High level computer proficiency in MS Office Suite, including excel.
