About the Role:
Maxima have multiple opportunities for experienced Project Coordinators and Project Officers. These roles are temporary opportunities within local government and state government. Working full time hours, Monday to Friday, these roles can go for a period of 4 weeks up to 3 months. Paying between $45/hr - $58/hr casual + Super.
Duties of these roles include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the project team to prepare the necessary documentation, graphics and research for the delivery of key projects.
- Supporting the operations of the project team.
- Developing relationships across the organisation and externally to support the delivery of key projects.
- Responding to enquiries and providing advice relating to the relevant projects.
- Providing timely and efficient administrative services, including support during meetings, workshops, seminars and related forums.
- Providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assisting with project planning, schedule management, and resource allocation.
- Supporting project managers with administrative tasks like scheduling, organizing files, and preparing presentations.
About You:
- Demonstrable experience in relevant role (Project Coordinator, Project Officer or Project Manager)
- Excellent communication skills
- Current national police clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Ability to work within a team
- Previous experience in state government or local government will be highly regarded
