We are seeking a part-time (0.5 FTE) Project Coordinator to support the effective delivery of the DFSV Sector Strengthening Plan. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Policy Officer to ensure coordination, communication, and progress across key project components. Responsibilities will include:
Administrative Support: Organising meetings, taking minutes, maintaining records, preparing documentation, and supporting logistical needs.
Team Communication: Acting as a key liaison between FNAAFV and external stakeholders to ensure tasks are clearly delegated and timeframes are met.
Task Management: Supporting the day-to-day tracking of deliverables, deadlines, and workflows to ensure the project remains on schedule.
Planning and Scheduling: Assisting in the coordination of project plans, calendars, timelines, and team resourcing.
Reporting and Analysis: Preparing regular project reports, status updates, and briefings for internal use and for external stakeholders, including the Coalition of Peaks.
Stakeholder Management: Supporting engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations, government stakeholders, and sector representatives, ensuring culturally appropriate and timely communication.
