This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Residential Projects Estimator, Commercial Construction Estimator or experienced Production and Procurement Estimator to be influential in winning projects and managing cost control and procurement strategies for Architecturally Designed Premium-Build Residential Construction and Development Projects. The Construction Estimator – Developments & Custom Residential will also work closely with the leadership team, building designers and suppliers to streamline sales and production estimating and procurement/build cost containment processes. You will prepare concept and budget estimates to guide design development and prepare accurate sales estimates and project production / construction estimates.

As the Sales and Production Estimator you will interact with a diverse network of suppliers and trades, review schedules of rates and leverage volume purchasing and discounts. You will estimate build costs, source specialised materials and prepare information and quotes for sale contracts, and production materials take-off and procurement through the construction phase. Additionally, you will verify quantities and invoices submitted by trades and suppliers against established agreements and contract terms. You will also value-engineer projects and control accurate material quantities to achieve cost savings and performance improvements.

We are seeking that special someone with initiative, ingenuity, and perception who can integrate into an established premium-residential building company, and take responsibility for this crucial phase of the construction and building process. Your ability to liaise with sales consultants, discerning clients, designers, suppliers, trades and executive management will be evident and your local experience, confidence, and ability to negotiate purchase orders and agreements will be your keys to success.
