Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to become a key part of our growing team. If you have experience in building, construction, landscaping, civil works, or water solutions, and you’re passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you.

Whether you’re assisting a tradie at the counter, guiding a walk-in customer with no trade experience, or managing a long-term account over the phone, your role will be pivotal in delivering value to our customers and driving ongoing business success.

What You’ll Be Doing

Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency

Delivering exceptional service and advice at front counter sales

Understanding customer needs and offering product solutions

Managing sales orders and customer inquiries with accuracy and urgency

Supporting the team with data entry and administrative tasks

Collaborating with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

What We’re Looking For

A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping customers

Proven experience in sales or customer service within the trade, industrial or construction sectors

Strong communication skills and a commitment to working collaboratively

High attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
