Everkeen Constructions Pty Ltd is a Melbourne-based construction company specialising in residential and commercial projects across Victoria. With a commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction, we are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Construction Project Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organise, and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and contract terms to develop project execution plans.

Oversee day-to-day construction site activities, including subcontractor coordination, materials scheduling, and progress monitoring.

Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.

Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Liaise with clients, consultants, engineers, suppliers, and government authorities to facilitate project delivery.

Monitor construction progress, conduct site inspections, and address delays or deviations proactively.

Lead and supervise construction teams, providing guidance, performance management, and mentoring as required.

Prepare progress reports, variation claims, and ensure proper documentation for all stages of the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years' experience in construction project management

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure

Relevant qualifications in construction management or related field preferred

Must have strong construction procurement background and experience with dealing with overseas suppliers.
