The Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of commercial construction projects. You’ll oversee the full project lifecycle—ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, suppliers, consultants, and subcontractors while playing a key role in the growth of our commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of commercial construction projects

Oversee project planning, scheduling, procurement, and cost control

Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, suppliers, and trades

Monitor site progress, compliance, and quality assurance

Maintain strong stakeholder communication and reporting

Lead site teams and drive performance to meet key project milestones

Skills & Experience

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction

Sound understanding of commercial building codes, regulations, and OH&S practices

Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex build programs

Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills

Proficiency in project management software and construction documentation

Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or related discipline
