Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality training and assessment for Certificate III in Hospitality.
Provide engaging face-to-face training and coordinate In-House vocational placement at our very own Fig Tree Cafe.
Be responsible for managing café operations, supervising trainees, maintaining customer service standards, handling inventory and finances, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Support and mentor students to achieve their learning and career goals.
What You Need
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the hospitality sector.
Certificate III in Hospitality or equivalent.
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) with additional units or higher qualification.
Alternatively, actively working towards a Certificate IV in TAE40122 as per ASQA standards.
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Teams.
Experience in training within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) is highly desirable.
