Are you passionate about empowering individuals requiring support? IMPACT Community Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Trainer & Assessor to join our team. Help shape the next generation of Individual Support professionals and make a real impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality training and assessment for Certificate III or IV in Individual Support

Provide face-to-face training and organize vocational placements.

Connect with NDIS support organizations to ensure students gain real-world skills.

Support and mentor students to achieve their learning goals.

What You Need

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the disability sector.

Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) with additional units or higher qualification.

Alternatively, actively working towards a Certificate IV in TAE40122 as per ASQA standards.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Teams.

Experience in training within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) is highly desirable.
