The Company
Our client is a charitable organisation that supports culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities, dedicated to promoting multiculturalism and preserving cultural traditions. Partnering with a training provider, they support job seekers across Queensland to gain nationally recognised skills and qualifications.

The Role
As a Trainer and Assessor, you will prepare, deliver and administer the Individual Support qualification (CHC33015).

This is a temporary position running from 4th – 27th June 2025. Hours are part-time, 3 days per week (Weds-Fri) and delivery will be face-to-face at their Brisbane venue.

The role will include, but not be limited to:

• Prepare for and deliver face-to-face classroom workshops
• Conduct assessments in the classroom and coordinate assessments for student workplace environments
• Mark, record and report on student assessments, attendance and participation
• Provide additional learning support to students outside of formal classroom learning environments

The Successful Candidate

• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
• Industry qualifications: Individual support qualification or higher
• Experience delivering individual support services in both NGO and Government contexts.
• Experience in training and assessment roles within the VET sector and accredited training contexts
