We’re looking for a Team Leader – Strata Management who shares our commitment to be more than a manager, prioritise the communities we serve and deliver a service level above all whilst delivering outstanding service, driving positive change, and leading with accountability.

What You’ll Do

Lead and develop a high-performing team, coaching them to refine their expertise, confidently handle complex matters, and elevate service standards.

Ensure communities thrive, making decisions that enhance liveability, strengthen relationships with committees and owners, and prioritize residents' well-being.

Manage key schemes and high-risk matters, overseeing the team's portfolio, supporting strata managers in complex scenarios, and providing strategic solutions.

Drive business growth and retention, assisting with new client acquisitions, ensuring seamless onboarding, and implementing proactive engagement strategies.

Ensure KPI excellence, maintaining high standards in client satisfaction, financial performance, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Champion integrity and innovation, collaborating with industry professionals, contributing to business strategy, and upholding Strata Sense’s commitment to transparency and service excellence.

Who You Are

✔ A confident and strategic strata professional with 5+ years of strata management experience

✔ A Class 1 Strata Management License holder

✔ Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team

✔ Strong knowledge of strata legislation and industry best practices

✔ A commitment to delivering more than baseline services—creating lasting impact
