Established Property are looking for an enthusiastic and customer service driven Property Manager to join our team. Our property managers are offered heavy support including offshore administration, inspection support, reception support and accounts support.

Some of your key tasks will include:

Experience and technical proficiency as practical knowledge in managing all aspects of a residential portfolio and adhere to the current legislation at all times

Effectively liaise with rental providers and renters

Capability in areas of repairs & maintenance, arrears control, making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals with administration support

Competancy in PropertyMe, Inspection Express, Inspect Real Estate, Airtable programs used.

Managing a portfolio generally capped at 190 properties, depending on capability.

Qualifications & Skills required:

You must have your Agents Rep Certificate or be a holder of an Estate Agents License as well as have a current driver's license

Excellent oral and written communication skills are mandatory, as is proficiency in the use of computers and related software

Fantastic remuneration package including salary + telephone and car allowances accompany attractive working environment and hours of work from Monday to Friday
