Due to our continued success, we are seeking an experienced Trainer Assessor AND Multiskilled operator (Grader, Excavator, Wheel Loader, Dozer and Heavy Rigid Water Truck) to join our team at Blackwater. This role is MAINLY for training assessing and as required the operation of civil equipment. The equipment on this project is a 150 Grader, 20T excavator, 938 wheel loader, D7R dozer and a HR Water Truck.

To be successful for this role:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Trainer Assessor role

Minimum 5 years’ experience in coal mining

Certificate IV Trainer Assessor (TAE 40116)

Signed verified machinery skills list (training transcripts)

Possess Coal Board Medical and Standard 11.

HR class Drivers Licence.

Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol test

7/7 DS only Roster - 12.5hr shifts

Full time permanent position with Black Coal entitlements

Thursday - Wednesday roster + early finish on last shift

Small crew with great culture and high retention.

Initial 12 month duration

Preference will be for Blackwater based person, however, DIDO will be considered.
