Office Reception Role Description
ACA Shutters & Blinds is seeking a vibrant, multi-skilled individual for our administrative position. The ideal candidate will deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
Join our dynamic team at ACA Shutters & Blinds, a leading provider of premium shutters, Roller Blinds, Curtains, Aluminium Shutters & Aluminium Windows and Doors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily office tasks and support the sales team with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service, assist customers with inquiries and provide product information.
- High level of computer literacy in Office 365, including Word, and Excel, as well as the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Confidence in multi-tasking and taking on new challenges, help with order follow-up and after-sales service.
- Professional management of phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.).
Qualifications:
- All training will be provided on the job, but knowledge of window coverings (e.g., blinds shutters) is a plus.
- Prior sales experience preferred.
- Ideally live near the Mitcham area for easy access to the showroom. The station is a 2-3 minute walk away.
