About the Role
Vivid Glass Windows and Doors is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Reception / Office Administrator to join our Mildura team. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and play a vital role in keeping our office running smoothly. This is a full-time position in a supportive, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors to our showroom
Manage incoming calls and email enquiries with professionalism
Assist with processing orders, booking jobs, and general admin support
Maintain accurate customer records and job information
Support the sales and operations team with day-to-day coordination
Help ensure a clean, organised and welcoming front office environment
About You
Experience in reception, customer service, or administration
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organised with great attention to detail
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Friendly, reliable and proactive approach to work
Experience in the construction or trade industry (advantageous but not essential)
