We're on the lookout for a friendly, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Sales and Administration Assistant to join our vibrant team. If you love helping customers, enjoy being part of a supportive workplace, and thrive in a busy environment, this could be the perfect fit for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Delivering top-notch customer service and helpful product advice

Answering phone calls, assisting with enquiries, and taking orders across our trade counter and online department.

Processing sales and account queries using MYOB/EXO (training provided!)

Handling orders, data entry, and cash transactions

Collaborating with the team to meet KPIs

Basic finance tasks e.g. aged debtors

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has previous retail experience (a must!)

Communicates clearly and confidently – in person and over the phone

Works well under pressure and enjoys being part of a team

Has great time management and attention to detail

Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and general computer systems

Is an Australian citizen

Available to work approx. 20 - 30 hours per week , flexible hours available
