Your Role and Responsibilities:

As our graphic designer and content creator, you'll be at the forefront of crafting captivating marketing and advertising material for both print and digital platforms. Your creativity will shine through as you design engaging social media content and compelling marketing materials.

In this multifaceted role, you will also be responsible for product packaging design, visual communication, growing brand awareness/engagement, creation of video, graphics, editing reels for social media platforms and more. Additionally, you'll contribute to the development of our marketing plan, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve with current design and marketing trends.

Essential Requirements:

Proficiency in AI (Artificial Intelligence) is a must. You should have experience working with AI on various platforms and projects.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud Design Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, is essential for this role.

Intermediate skills in back-end website management, specifically in software Woo Commerce, are required to handle website updates and improvements effectively

Previous experience in product packaging and print design is highly valued.

Taking ownership of the pre-production process by meticulously checking and approving printer proofs, ensuring accuracy before mass production.

Familiarity with social media design platforms, will be advantageous.

Attention to detail is critical in ensuring the quality of our designs.

You should be a self-starter and capable of managing your workflow efficiently, meeting deadlines without constant supervision.

An enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with marketing and design trends and the ability to incorporate them into your creative designs is essential.

Contributing to digital advertising efforts by ensuring designs are optimized for Google Ads campaigns.

Analysing the statistics and performance data of Google Ads campaigns to understand the effectiveness of visual elements and inform future design decisions.

Intermediate photographic and retouching skills for in-housework will be appreciated.
