About the Role
As our Social Media Content Creator, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s voice
across multiple platforms. Your creativity and strategic thinking will elevate our digital
presence, foster meaningful connections with our audience, and contribute to the company’s
marketing success.
This is a dynamic role suited for someone passionate about social media and storytelling, eager
to drive engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy in alignment with the
company’s goals
● Create high-quality, engaging content including posts, graphics, and videos for platforms
such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
● Monitor and analyse performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize reach
● Ensure brand consistency in voice, messaging, and design
● Respond to social media inquiries and foster an engaging online community
● Stay on top of current trends, tools, and best practices in digital content creation
● Conduct market research for fresh content ideas and engagement strategies

● Collaborate with other departments and manage external contractors when needed
● Plan and execute social media ad campaigns, including budget and performance
tracking

● At least 1 year of experience in a similar role

● Experience with content scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite)
● Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop)
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills
