Our client is a well-established Australian-owned print and marketing company based in Springvale, Victoria. They deliver high-quality and cost-effective printing solutions, including brochures, banners, signage, and more.

We are seeking a creative and passionate Content Creator to join our client’s vibrant team and lead their content production across social media, internal platforms, and client-facing campaigns. You will be responsible for visually and verbally capturing and telling the story of their products, services, and client projects.

Responsibilities

Capture and produce engaging videos and photos of signage production, delivery, and installation

Write and edit clear, engaging content for social media posts, blogs, landing pages, and email campaigns

Interview clients and turn their brand journey into short case study stories

Work closely with the design and production teams to create campaign-related content

Prepare and schedule social media content for both internal and client use

Maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing objectives

Stay current with trends in digital marketing, design aesthetics, TikTok, and Instagram

Shoot before-and-after transformation visuals to showcase branding outcomes

Requirements

Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or a related field

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail

Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic SEO principles

Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Highly Desirable

2–4 years of experience in digital content creation, preferably in a product or creative services environment

Hands-on experience managing social media platforms (WeChat, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools

Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin – must be able to write and communicate in both languages to create dual-language content for local and Chinese-speaking audiences
