Provide administration and coordination services to support the day to day running of the Charles Darwin University (CDU) Alice Springs Campus

About the Position
As a Campus Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for undertaking campus administrative duties for our Alice Springs campus. This will include the coordination of work orders, contract management support, student accommodation administration enquiries and bookings and developing and maintaining compliance registers. You will work closely with and support the Customer Service Officer and some assistance with out of hours on call duties may be required.

About You
To be successful, you will require:
• Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to completion of Diploma and/or Certificate IV in a nationally accredited qualification.
• Demonstrated high level interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to advise and influence clients and senior management on complex issues.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and to deal effectively and sensitively with stressful situations and maintain confidentiality.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, organise, establish priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to liaise with and manage consultants and contractors engaged to deliver services to the facility.
• Competency with the Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams; and experience, or ability to learn, other programs and systems such as Gallagher, work orders, accommodation booking systems etc..
Additional Key Selection Criteria at Level 5:
• Completion of a Degree without subsequent work experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education or training.
• Considerable experience working in a operations and/or facilities management environment.

Remuneration
Appointment to this role will be at Professional level 4/5. The base salary will be in the range of $67,800 to $84,914 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $79,326 to $99,349 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
