Campfest Events Coordinator Role:

Welcome to Campfest Events, we are an exciting new events business targeting all ages in the camping/outdoors community. We hold events that are specifically targeted to the younger generation, as well as the older (families) generation.

We need YOU!

We are looking to someone with real world events experience to assist in turning Campfest into Australia/New Zealand's leading outdoor based events company. Owner/Director Tom Breakspear is very excited to extend the business to new levels bringing an experienced events person on board. We are looking for an enthusiastic team member ready to grow as a member of the team.

Campfest Responsibilities:

Event Coordination:

Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and service providers to ensure seamless execution of events

Manage event timelines, inventory tracking, and post-event reporting and feedback

Assist in the creation of new events and working with the owner to come up with exciting new ways to put Campfest on the map

Assist in getting staff to help work the logistics of the event

Oversee production and sourcing of event-related materials (e.g. banners, display items, gift bags, samples)

Social Media and Marketing Assistance

Assist in preparing product launch kits, promotional gifts, and influencer packs

Help manage the brand’s event calendar and campaign timelines

Contribute ideas to elevate brand presentation and customer experience during events
