RANDSTAD is currently looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to join our Team at our Alice Springs. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
About the role:
- Data entry (booking in) of assets and equipment (Cars, Trucks, Civil Machinery, Caravans)
- Take photographs of the assets to ensure customers have an accurate image of the stock for sale
- Ensure WHS standards are upheld and managed as per WHS policies
- Monitor and manage stock location, stock audits, asset movements and workflow
- Ensure all KPIs are met in line with asset sales channel and vendors requirements
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure that our common goals are achieved
What we need:
- A proven track record in operations, ideally with experience in the auction or automotive industrie
- Adaptable and flexible in fast paced environments with an attention to detail
- Competent verbal and written communication skills
- Competent MS Office skills and the ability to learn our user-friendly auction system
- Current/valid manual Drivers licence (essential)
- Current/valid Forklift licence (desirable)
