Armidale SerVies is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic hospitality professional to join our team as a Club Supervisor. This full-time role offers ample opportunities for development and knowledge enhancement. We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills and a passion for promoting the club.

What You'll Do

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you’ll be a key leader in delivering high-quality service across our bar, gaming, bistro and functions operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and service requirements across all club areas.

Training team members and ensuring consistent service standards.

Manage the ordering and receiving of stock, including regular stock takes and audits.

Delivering an exceptional experience for our valued Members and guests.

When required address member and guest complaints, advising management on corrective actions.

Ensure adherence to correct handling procedures and safe work practices.

Ensure consistent compliance with all legal requirements.

About you

We’re looking for someone with energy, initiative, and a genuine passion for hospitality and working in a community focused club.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in a similar supervisory/team leader role.

Experience in the hospitality industry or similar.

Strong commitment to exceeding customer service standards.

Excellent communication skills.

Initiative and ability to take direction.

Capability to work independently and as part of a team.

Accurate cash handling and proficiency with Point of Sale terminals.

Comprehensive knowledge or ability to learn all areas of club operations, including administrative procedures and By-Laws.

RSA & RCG certification.

This role offers a flexible roster which includes a mix of weekdays and weekend shifts to service the club's operational hours whilst offering a sound work/life balance.
