We’re on the hunt for a Functions & Events Supervisor to join the AMA Hospitality team based at the NAB Sydney office. You’ll play a key role in delivering premium corporate events and functions – from high-level boardroom meetings to elegant formal dinings – all within a dynamic, professional, and supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinate and supervise daily event operations and logistics in a corporate environment.
Lead and mentor a team of food & beverage professionals.
Liaise with clients to deliver seamless, high-end event experiences.
Oversee compliance, safety, and professional presentation standards.
Managing ordering, stock control, event execution and reporting.
About You
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar supervisory role within premium hospitality or corporate events.
Exceptional personal presentation, attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
A true customer-first mindset and ability to lead by example.
Experience in a corporate boardroom setting, premium dining facility, event catering company or conference venue
Knowledge and demonstrated history of using a sales & catering system would be an advantage
Ability to work outside of usual business operating hours when required at events
Qualifications
A valid NSW RSA
Police check or willing to obtain one
Full working rights in Australia is a must.
Prior experience in a corporate boardroom setting
Prior experience in the food service or hospitality industry is required
Barista skills
