About the role:
Are you passionate about food, organization, and creating great workplace experiences? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Food & Beverage Supervisor to support one of our largest and most valued corporate clients. In this key role, you will oversee pantry services, support corporate lunch programs, and help deliver high-quality food and beverage experiences across their office site in Sydney CBD.

In this role, you will:

Keep office pantry fully stocked, clean, and organized with snacks, beverages, and essential supplies

Manage inventory and place orders to ensure consistent stock levels across all sites

Liaise with vendors and internal contacts to receive and inspect deliveries

Collect employee feedback to help improve the food and beverage experience

Assist with daily lunch service logistics, including vendor coordination, signage setup, and buffet preparation

Update digital displays and internal comms with lunch menus and event info

Support ad-hoc company events – from planning and setup to service and pack-down

Ensure all food safety protocols are followed and stock is rotated using FIFO practices

Keep kitchen and storage areas neat, safe, and compliant with WHS guidelines

Report any maintenance or health concerns related to food service areas

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) competency card

1+ years of experience in catering, hospitality, or corporate food service

Experience in a corporate environment with an understanding of F&B operations

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with catering programs

Passion for great food and service, and a friendly, team-focused attitude

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Immaculate and smart presentation

Experience planning menus or working with dietary needs

Knowledge of current F&B trends or cultural food preferences

Experience with inventory systems or cost control practices
