Position: Dental Assistant & Receptionist
Location: Balgowlah, NSW
Hourly Rate: $30/hour, casual with a possibility of part time !
Clinic: Balgowlah Dental Clinic

Days: Flexible days, but Friday is non- negotiable

We are a well-established and friendly dental clinic located in the heart of Balgowlah, and we are looking for a motivated, professional, and energetic Dental Assistant to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

Dental Assisting:

Prepare and sterilize instruments, rooms and equipment

Set up and assist the dentist during a variety of procedures

Maintain patient comfort and ensure a smooth experience

Take X-rays and record patient information

Receptionist Duties when required will include:

Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out procedures

Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries

Process billing, payments, and insurance claims

Maintain patient records and ensure they are up to date

Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience as a dental assistant (preferred)

Strong communication and organizational skills. Fluent English is a must

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor

Experience with dental software and office administration is a plus, we use Dw4

A Certificate III in Dental Assisting (preferred)
