About the role

Randwick Dental Care, a leading dental practice in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our growing team. This is a casual position based in our modern clinic located in the heart of Randwick.

What you'll be doing

Assisting the Dentist/Oral Health therapist in a diverse range of dental procedures

Providing exceptional patient care and support throughout dental procedures

Preparation and sterilisation of instruments and equipment

Ensuring the dental treatment room is clean, organised and well-stocked

Welcoming patients and helping them feel comfortable during their visit

Performing other general administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

A current or completed Certificate III in Dental Assisting or equivalent qualification

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant, preferably in a busy clinical environment, although not essential

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional manner

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

A genuine interest in oral health and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including saturdays 8am to 1pm
