Position: Dental Assistant (Casual)

Availability: 2-4 days a week

Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and friendly Dental Assistant to join our team on a casual basis. Your primary role will be to provide exceptional customer service, assist the dentist chairside, patient care, manage appointments, sterilisation and create a positive and efficient environment for both our patients and team members.

Responsibilities:

Sterilisation duties or setting up rooms.

Chairside assisting.

Provide exceptional patient care and assist Dentists.

Recording treatment info in patient records.

Warmly welcome patients and visitors to our clinic.

Maintain accurate patient records.

Collaborate closely with our dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Willingness to engage in continuing education to stay updated with the latest dental practices and technology

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred but not essential.

Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting is preferred but not essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational abilities.

Proficiency in dental software and basic computer skills.

Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus.

A positive and friendly attitude with a passion for patient care.
