We’re in rapid growth mode and looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to own our growth pipeline and expand our presence across NSW’s residential real estate landscape.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Build, manage and convert your own, and an exisiting pipeline of real estate agency clients.
Identify warm leads through your network and agency prospecting efforts.
Pitch our service offering with precision and passion—showing exactly how we help property management departments save time and reduce risk.
Partner with operations and marketing teams to deliver agency-specific campaigns.
Attend industry events, client meetings, and demos—both virtually and in-person.
Maintain detailed CRM notes and report weekly on KPIs and insights.
You’ll Thrive Here If You:
Have 3+ years’ experience in BDM or sales roles within the real estate, property services or prop tech industry.
Love creating value-based partnerships, not just transactions.
Know how real estate PM departments run—and speak their language.
Are tech-savvy, outcome-focused, and confident navigating CRMs and reporting tools.
Enjoy autonomy and are motivated by hitting targets (and being rewarded well for it).
