About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the dynamic team. As the HR Business Partner, you will be a strategic partner to our business, providing high-quality HR support and advice to help drive organisational success. This is a full-time permanent role.

What you'll be doing

Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their strategic HR needs and provide tailored, commercial solutions

Deliver a full range of best-practice HR services, including employee lifecycle management, performance management, learning and development, and change management

Advise on complex employee relations matters, such as investigations, disciplinary processes, and grievances

Support the design and implementation of HR policies, processes, and initiatives to enhance organisational capability and employee engagement

Contribute to the development of the HR function and assist in the ongoing review and enhancement of HR systems and tools

Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business

What we're looking for

3-5 years as an HR Business Partner or Generalist in a fast-paced, complex environment

Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic business partner, translating business needs into practical HR solutions

Strong employee relations expertise, with the ability to handle sensitive and complex issues with tact and diplomacy

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives
