As their new HR Business Partner on the East Coast, you’ll work closely with line managers across multiple business units, translating strategy into people action – and people challenges into business outcomes.

Your Role

This is a hands-on, strategic role that balances people planning with business partnering. You’ll lead the charge on:

- Embedding a high-performance culture through strong performance frameworks and leadership coaching.
- Supporting leadership teams with succession plans and employee engagement strategies that stick.
- Leading ER and IR matters, including enterprise bargaining in a unionised environment (with legal and regional P&C support).
- Ensuring policy, process, and practice stay aligned to Fair Work legislation and commercial goals.
- Championing culture, change and inclusion – building a reputation for the business as an employer of choice.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: Solid background in a senior generalist HR role, preferably within a unionised environment.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Fair Work Act and experience with enterprise agreement negotiations preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Education: Tertiary qualifications in HR
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel within Australia as needed.
