We are seeking hospitality superstars to fill positions of Chefs and Kitchen Hands in our Drift Cafe.Restaurant and our newly opened Beachfront Bar & Grill.

The purpose of the role is preparing and cooking food for Club patrons and ensuring a high level of food standard is delivered. Working in collaboration with our team to provide a positive customer experience and act as an ambassador for the Club both internally and externally.

We have a wide-range of positions available ranging from casual to full-time and entry level to supervisor. There are serious opportunities for growth and promotion as the Club completes it's +$10m refurbishment. The successful applicant must be willing to work weekends and split shifts as required.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

Qualifications & Experience:

Relevant trade qualification e.g. Commercial Cookery.

2 years in similar role e.g. club, restaurant, or busy pub.

Experience in Club industry is desirable but not a necessity.
