The Bennett Hotel is looking to grow its talented and dynamic kitchen team. We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Chef de Partie to join us on a casual basis, with approximately 35-40 hours available each week.

About the Role

As a Chef de Partie, you will:

Work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen to consistently deliver high-quality food.

Contribute to the smooth running of daily kitchen operations.

Rotate across various sections including prep, larder, and fryers. Experience across all areas is highly regarded.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Has at least 1 year of experience in a high-volume kitchen.

Communicates effectively and works well with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and hands-on approach.
