We're recruiting on behalf of our fast-growing Australian EdTech client, who is looking for a Marketing and Sales Specialist superstar that will play a key role in accelerating the growth of the business by leading smart, data-driven marketing initiatives and enabling the sales team to connect meaningfully with leads and drive customer acquisition.
The role will include:
Creating, planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social and email channels to generate awareness and demand.
Content creation including targeted messages across social media platforms as well as blogs, case studies, landing pages and sales enablement materials.
Plan, manage, and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns across social media, SEO, and paid platforms to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Build and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and educate prospects on product offerings. Set up and manage marketing automation workflows using platforms like HubSpot to streamline engagement and lead progression.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn and Facebook to grow community presence and amplify brand voice. Monitor social trends and interactions to position the company as a thought leader in the EdTech space.
Support the planning, promotion, and execution of webinars, virtual demos, and education conferences. Coordinate registrations, lead capture, and post-event follow-up to ensure strong engagement and conversion.
Track and analyse performance across digital platforms, providing actionable insights to refine marketing strategies. Report regularly on key metrics such as MQLs, campaign ROI, website traffic, and email engagement.
Maintain and update CRM records in HubSpot to ensure accurate lead data and pipeline visibility.
Assist with outbound campaigns, prospecting emails, and follow-ups aligned with marketing initiatives.
Prepare tailored proposals, pitch decks, and sales collateral to support the sales team.
About You:
You’re a proactive, results-driven marketer with a passion for education and technology. You thrive in fast-paced environments, love experimenting with new ideas, and have a knack for turning insights into action. You bring:
3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within a SaaS or EdTech or cybersecurity.
Strong content creation skills and a flair for storytelling across digital channels.
Strong empathy for those responsible for student safety and wellbeing.
Familiarity with marketing strategies, tactics, and tools (e.g. HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
