About Us
Core4 delivers a broad range of high-quality property services across Australia and New Zealand. Our clients span commercial, hospitality, retail, and body corporate sectors, which means we’re always busy and have enjoyed multiple consecutive years of controlled growth. We pride ourselves not only on our service excellence but also on fostering a positive, inclusive, and people-focused company culture.
About the Role
This is a stand-alone, internal HR support role that reports directly to the General Manager, with access to an external HR Consultant for more complex matters. Our workforce includes both office-based and field employees, so this position offers a dynamic and varied workload.
You’ll play a central role in ensuring smooth and effective HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, with plenty of opportunities to contribute to process improvements and team engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all HR admin tasks across the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, training, offboarding)
Manage job ads (e.g., Seek), schedule interviews, and screen candidates
Support staff changes: contracts, onboarding documentation, and internal communications
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
Ensure compliance with employment laws and privacy obligations
Coordinate and support staff engagement initiatives (e.g., wellbeing programs, events, policy refreshers)
Be the first point of contact for day-to-day HR/People & Culture queries
Help drive continuous improvement of HR systems and workflows
What You’ll Bring
Prior experience in a HR Administrator or HR support role
Strong understanding of the Fair Work Act and Award interpretation
Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Experience with Employment Hero is a bonus!)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
A proactive mindset and the ability to work autonomously
A collaborative approach, comfortable asking questions and supporting a small, busy team
A high level of discretion and respect for confidential information.
What We Offer
A flexible, part-time role with room to grow
A supportive and inclusive workplace culture
Access to external HR expertise when needed
Stability within a growing company
