ROLE OVERVIEW
We have an exciting opportunity for an Client Project Coordinator with a proven track record in working on projects within residential building sector.
The Client Project Coordinator will be instrumental in fostering client relationships and ensuring smooth administrative operations within our construction projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Report & collaborate closely with team members, managers, and leads to ensure successful project delivery.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through the building process. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Coordinate with architects, project managers, engineers, and vendors to meet project objectives.
Handle client communications and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
Coordinate closely with the construction team, ensuring all administrative tasks are efficiently managed.
Follow up quotes and Oversee the weekly invoicing process, log all invoices, cross-check against materials and labor ordered, and follow up on invoices as needed.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with trades and suppliers.
Assist in both pre-construction and post-construction phases, including document preparation, scheduling, and compliance checks. Coordinate the 90-day client maintenance process.
Provide administrative support to project managers and the construction team.
Administer OHS systems, QA processes, site documentation, and maintain the defects register.
Ensure that all construction administration procedures are followed and documentation is complete and accurate.
Compile final handover documentation from contractors and suppliers to achieve practical completion/OC.
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client relations.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office Suite.
