With immediate startl!!! We are seeking a passionate individual with over 5 years experience previously being a team leader/ house manager in a SIL home to join our team for 6 hours a day, 3 days a week,depending on your competence we may Increase the days of work. To be considered for this role, you have to be able to do the job with minimal management, that is:

To create and assist with all ndis compliance documents

Excellent written and verbal skills

Client files to be organised and updated documents

Manage clients' appointments and follow-ups

Support staff with doctors' visits and documentation to be done.

Roster to be kept with shifts organised.

Sometimes, you may have to cover shifts if the need arises.

You should know and understand what documents need to be done and must have in the accommodation.

Please note you have to visit 3 to 4 houses around the same location during your days of work to check in with staff documentation if they are in place.
