At Holistic Recovery, we’re on the lookout for a compassionate and proactive Team Leader to oversee our operations and staff in the Armidale region. This role will provide critical leadership and direction across programs that include 24/7 accommodation support and flexible outreach services, ensuring safety, quality, and consistency for both participants and team members.

About the Role
As Team Leader, you’ll:
Lead and support a dynamic team of support workers and peer workers in the delivery of quality, trauma-informed care
Oversee 24/7 operations within our accommodation program, including managing rosters, sleepovers, active night shifts, and weekend shifts
Ensure the safety and well-being of all team members and residents at all times
Provide clinical oversight and incident management, including debriefing and guidance following critical events
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including community services, health providers, and families
Drive quality assurance and contribute to continuous service improvement
Ensure compliance with WHS and NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards
Engage in team supervision, reflective practice, and monthly training sessions
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
Leadership experience in a similar role within the mental health or disability support sector
A relevant qualification
Strong understanding of psychosocial disabilities and trauma-informed care
Excellent communication, people management, and problem-solving skills
A current First Aid certificate, Driver’s Licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check
COVID-19 vaccination (including booster)
