🌟 Team Leader – Disability Services (Full-Time)

Genovation LTD, a family-run, NDIS-registered not-for-profit organisation, is seeking a Team Leader to join our dynamic and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership role that blends direct support, staff supervision, and admin responsibilities — all in a supportive, values-driven environment.

🔍 About the Role

As Team Leader, you’ll work across our programs supporting young adults with high and complex support needs. This role includes:

2 days/week with our vibrant day program - YAEP (Spring Farm/Campbelltown)

2 days/week supporting services in Greater Western Sydney (Penrith)

1 day/week in the Oran Park office for admin, reporting, and planning

You will lead by example, provide on-the-ground support, mentor and train staff, liaise with families, and ensure high-quality, person-centred care across our services.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Delivering direct support to participants in community-based programs

Supervising and training disability support workers

Ensuring compliance with NDIS practice standards and internal policies

Completing Care Plans, documentation, and responding to incident reports

Building strong relationships with participants, families, carers, and management

Supporting continuous improvement, WHS, policy/procedures, across service delivery

✅ What You’ll Need

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar leadership role within disability services

Relevant qualification (e.g., Cert IV or higher in Disability or Community Services)

Strong working knowledge of the NDIS and person-centred support practices

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Highly organised with solid admin/reporting capabilities

Current First Aid/CPR, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and valid NSW Driver’s Licence

Fully COVID-19 vaccinated (preferred)

💰 Remuneration

This is a permanent full-time salaried position (76 hours/fortnight) paid under the SCHADS Award Level 3/4, ranging from:

$39.248/hr (L3PP3) to $45.34/hr (L4PP3), depending on experience and qualifications.

Includes salary packaging benefits available for not-for-profit employees.
