Tweed Heads 3PL is a fast-growing third-party logistics provider, supporting a range of e-commerce and retail clients with warehousing, pick and pack, and distribution services. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Leading Hand to join our team and help drive efficient day-to-day operations in our warehouse.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives on getting involved in the daily warehouse operations while also leading from the front. You will be responsible for maintaining workflow, coordinating tasks, and supporting a productive and positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the daily warehouse operations, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time

Pick and pack customer orders with precision and care, setting the standard for quality and efficiency

Coordinate and prioritise competing tasks to maintain workflow throughout the day

Work closely with the management team to ensure deadlines and KPIs are met

Monitor stock levels and assist with cycle counts, stocktaking, and inventory accuracy

Motivate, support, and guide team members to maintain high morale and performance

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety standards

About You

Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, ideally in a leadership or supervisory capacity

Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Comfortable working in a hands-on role and leading by example

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

Ability to make quick decisions and adapt to changing priorities

Clear communicator and positive team player

Forklift license (LF) is essential

RF scanning and WMS experience desirable
