We are searching for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our “State of the Art” Automated Distribution Centre, ensuring efficient storage, inventory integrity, and safe handling of products.

You will lead the warehouse team, monitor day to day work, and ensure that all warehouse activities meet company standards and safety regulations.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires excellent organisational skills, a strong understanding of logistics, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities include:

Overseeing the receipt of goods, ensuring accurate documentation, quality checks, and efficient handling of inventory.

This role leads a team of receiving clerks and collaborates closely with the warehouse, purchasing, and inventory departments to maintain optimal workflow and compliance with company standards.

Supervise, plan, and motivate the warehouse team to meet daily operational goals and KPIs.

Oversee inventory integrity by ensuring pick / replenishment accuracy and adherence to fulfillment procedures.

Ensure that warehouse operations are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Collaborate with all warehouse teams and departments to ensure quick resolution to any escalated issue.

Experience and skills required:

Have had experiencing leading a team in Inbound/Receiving.

You are a proactive, result orientated leader with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Previous experience managing a team in a high-volume distribution centre.

Adapt easily to environments and personalities.

Confident, Agile communication and Time Management.

Ability to multitask whist remaining focused on the key objectives of the operations is a must.
