Are you a proactive and adaptable warehouse professional who enjoys rolling up your sleeves and leading by example? We’re looking for a Hands-On Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, working closely with the team to ensure efficiency, organization, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support warehouse staff, providing hands-on training and guidance.

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics, stock integrity, and receiving.

Coordinate inventory control, including cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and process improvements.

Drive improvements in order turnaround, urgent dispatches, and customer pick-up efficiency.

Maintain a strong hands-on presence on the floor, leading by example and supporting the team as needed.

Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager and key stakeholders to implement positive change and ensure alignment with business goals.

Promote and maintain a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar leadership role.

Strong background in inventory control and cycle counting

Willingness to work hands-on alongside the team in day-to-day operations.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing priorities.

Computer proficiency and familiarity with warehouse systems

Forklift License
