We're seeking an experienced hands-on Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing and maintaining strong and trusting business relationships within Brisbane and Surrounds.

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven sales ability, with a strong focus on driving new business through proactive initiatives, while nurturing an existing client base.

Proven track record with experience in servicing key accounts

Motivated and personable

Ability to prioritise a diverse workload and achieve objectives

A proven track record in the ability to achieve targets

Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Self-motivated worker with excellent time management

Enthusiastic towards creating and maintaining long-term relationships

Provide unparalleled service

Experience in business to business selling

Experience in the stone and tile industry is essential

Experience in dealing with Architects and Designers

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

Great attention to detail in handling business development leads and managing projects from lead to delivery

An interest in architecture and design
