Our client is a fast-growing, Perth-based property advisory firm with a national client base. Known for their research-led, buyer-first approach, they are on the lookout for an ambitious, client-focused Property Investment Advisor ready to take their career to the next level.

This is a client-facing, advisory role where your ability to educate, guide, and deliver value is paramount. Key duties include:

• Building rapport and trust with prospective investors
• Analysing market trends and identifying viable investment opportunities
• Developing personalised property strategies based on client goals
• Leveraging in-house research to support investment decisions
• Maintaining relationships with key partners (agents, mortgage brokers, conveyancers)
• Driving new business through referrals, networking, and outreach
• Supporting clients throughout the entire property acquisition process

About you:

• Proven experience in property investment advising, buyer's advocacy, or a consultative sales environment
• Deep understanding of property markets, economic trends, and investment principles
• A track record of building strong client relationships and closing deals
• Confidence in guiding clients through complex decisions with clarity and trust
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Preferred qualifications include:

• Degree in Property, Commerce, or a related field
• WA Sales Representative Registration
• QPIA® (Qualified Property Investment Adviser) certification
