Who we are looking for
This role is for someone who knows property and knows people.
Maybe you’ve worked as a property manager, buyer’s agent, sales agent, or negotiator. Maybe you’re the one people call when a deal’s wobbling, a client’s panicking, or a contract’s not quite right.
If you’ve got that mix of property smarts, people skills, and get-it-done energy — we want to talk.
You won’t be buried in spreadsheets all day — we’ve got someone doing the groundwork. Your focus is the high-value stuff: analysing deals, spotting red flags, and negotiating like you mean it.
You don’t need to know everything (yet), but you do need to love the game and back yourself when it counts.
We’re looking for someone who:
Knows how to build relationships with agents and clients
Knows their way around the numbers — and can explain them clearly
Stays calm under pressure and keeps momentum moving
Is hungry to learn, grow, and take real ownership

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be in the thick of real deals with real people — not just pushing paper or sending cold emails.
🔍 Find off-market gold.
The best deals don’t hit the portals. Your job? Find them first. Build relationships, work your network, and be the name agents think of when they’ve got something juicy.
📊 Crunch the numbers (without boring the client).
Every deal needs to stack up financially. You’ll be doing the due diligence — values, yields, growth potential, risks — and making it all make sense to clients who don’t want a thesis, just clarity.
🤝 Negotiate like a pro.
Know when to push, when to hold, and when to walk away. Get the best outcome without burning bridges. Our reputation matters.
🧠 See problems before they happen.
Ghosting agents, jittery clients, properties that don’t add up — you’ll handle all of it. Keep deals smooth, clients confident, and dramas minimal.
✅ What You Need
A Class 2 Real Estate Licence (non-negotiable)
Class 1 Licence? Even better
Proven experience sourcing or closing property deals — ideally in the investment focused.
A genuine love of property — you read CoreLogic for fun, get excited by yield calculators, and see potential where others see brick and tile.

1-hour turnaround on deal analysis
