What We're Looking For:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Property Investment advisor or in a similar sales role.
• Strong understanding of the property market and investment opportunities.
• Demonstrated success in client acquisition and closing sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred qualifications: Degree in Property, Commerce, or related field; Sales Representative Registration (WA); Qualified Property Investment Adviser (QPIA®).

Key Responsibilities:

• Build trust, rapport, and educate clients to give them the confidence to engage you as their property consultant.
• Conduct strategic analyses of property developments and investment opportunities.
• Monitor macro and microeconomic trends to inform investment decisions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners, including real estate agents, conveyancers, and mortgage brokers.
• Collaborate with clients to create personalised property investment strategies aligned with their financial goals and risk profiles.
• Provide expert advice on property acquisitions, sales, and investments.
• Utilise in-house market research to identify potential investment opportunities.
• Educate clients on investment strategies and property selection.
• Assist clients in creating investment plans and building their portfolios.
• Proactively source and secure new clients through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing efforts.
